Many Greenway staff members are long-term employees, and several have been here for more than 20 years.

Many residents, as well, have lived at The Greenway since the buildings were built. All residents agree that the thoughtful and caring staff found at The Greenway is unique among Houston high rises.

“Welcome Home!”

All residents are greeted at the beginning and end of each day by Doormen and Resident Services staff. Valets bring cars to the front of the appropriate building whenever a resident calls, and valets will also park resident cars in the garage. Guest cars are also parked in the garage upon request.

When driving into the parking garage, a valet will greet you and deliver your groceries, dry cleaning or other items to your residence. Many of Houston’s best grocery stores are in close proximity to The Greenway, including Central Market, Whole Foods and Costco.

Optional in-house maid and porter services are also available, and The Greenway’s professional maintenance staff is always ready to serve all residents.

Each building has a Resident Services booth manned 24 hours a day to receive resident deliveries and to admit authorized service and maintenance personnel. The Greenway also has on-site management and maintenance offices.
