OVERVIEW
The Greenway is a 381-unit luxury high rise community in the heart of Houston. Designed and created in 1980 as part of Greenway Plaza by Kenneth Schnitzer, it was created to be timeless and ahead of its time. Now standing as an icon in the Houston high-rise community The Greenway and Greenway Plaza were Houston’s first mixed-use development. Location
The Greenway Condominiums are located at 14 and 15 E. Greenway Plaza. We are located inside Loop 610, across from Greenway Plaza, with close access to all major highways: Interstate Highway 69, Loop 610, Interstate Highway 45, Highway 288, Highway 290, and Interstate Highway 10. This provides easy access to Downtown Houston, Minute Maid Park (home to the Houston Astros), NRG Stadium (home to the Houston Texans), the Toyota Center, (home to the Houston Rockets), Rice University, the University of Houston, The Texas Medical Center and both Bush Intercontinental and Hobby Airports.
